Marilyn is a Senior Associate in the investments group of Pinsent Masons (Ireland).Marilyn advises clients on a wide variety of regulatory funds issues, with a particular focus on the structuring, establishment, operation and regulation of all types of UCITS and alternative collective investment schemes.
Marilyn's experience also includes acting for a wide range of fund service providers including administrators, depositories and investment managers.Marilyn provides advice on compliance with industry guidance, legislation and codes issues by the Central Bank of Ireland, prudential requirements and regularly advises clients in relation to Irish authorisation and licensing issues. Marilyn has particular experience in advising investment managers in relation to licensing options post-Brexit.Marilyn is a member of the Irish Funds MiFID II Working Group and is a former member of the Legal & Regulatory Committee.
