Moritz Maaßen advises and represents clients in international and domestic arbitration and litigation proceedings.
Moritz advises both German and international clients, in domestic litigation and international arbitration proceedings with many clients in the fields of technology and telecommunication. His work in the area of dispute resolution spans over the entire range from pre-action settlements, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to all aspects of the arbitration and litigation process from commencement through to trial (and, where appropriate, appeal). Besides his frequent work in the area of dispute resolution, Moritz also advises on product recalls as well as art law.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Moritz worked for an international law firm in Frankfurt a.M. in the areas of corporate law and litigation. He also earned an LL.M. degree as well as a supplementary business and economics degree. Moritz is admitted to the bar in Germany and in New York and is a member of the German American Lawyers' Association as well as the DIS 40 and Young ICCA.
Sarah is a lawyer specialising in employment law. She advises companies in all areas of individual and collective labour law and represents national and international clients in labour and civil court proceedings throughout Germany.
