Osama Hassan has 30 years experience in the Middle East. His legal practice is focused on commercial arrangements, corporate matters, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, fund raising and investments across diverse sectors and industries.
Osama has been a lynchpin in the development of Danagas and Crescent Petroleum in the last two decades both during my time as legal director and under my successor Drazen Petkovich. He was involved in the establishment of Danagas and has been involved in a multidue of major projects undertaken by the Crescent Group throughout the Middle East and beyond. He is particularly good at finding creative solutions where nobody else can see them.
