Mahmoud is an Arab advocate called to the Egyptian bar in 2002 focussing on private wealth, family businesses, compliance, corporate governance and investigations. Mahmoud is a listed arbitrator with the London Court of International Arbitration, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators as well as a member of the steering committee of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners) in the Arab World.
