Director, Brook Graham
Stuart is a Director of our diversity and inclusion consultancy, Brook Graham.
Prior to joining Brook Graham, Stuart worked for LV= insurance for nine years and held a number of senior HR and D&I specialist roles, based in the UK. He has a wealth of experience in managing organisational and cultural change and developed many award-winning solutions across the Talent Acquisition and Development arena.
In his last role at LV= he led the initiation, design and development of the D&I programme as well as co-chaired LV’s LGBT Employee Network and helped found the Women’s, Multicultural and Disability Employee Networks. During this period he was the Talent, Performance and Learning Director, leading the UK team. Previously Stuart has held the position of Global Head of Resourcing for both the Bank of Ireland and SAP forming part of the Senior Global HR team based in Germany, leading a team located in North America, Europe and Asia.
Earlier in his career Stuart lived and worked in Malaysia and Australia. In the latter he led teams of recruitment consultants working with many multinational clients and he developed specialist skills in HR strategy, policy development, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership and change management across varying businesses, functions and regions.

Sarah is a senior associate and professional support lawyer who has worked in practice for over seven years as a corporate lawyer, advising clients on a range of corporate issues with a particular focus on private company disposals and acquisitions and joint ventures.
