Thorne Godinho specialises in corporate and forensic intelligence mandates to support corporate investigations into fraud, bribery and corruption, workplace misconduct, and other malfeasance. He has worked on some of Southern Africa’s most prominent corporate investigations.
Thorne’s experience includes conducting complex multi-jurisdictional investigations, open-source intelligence gathering, asset traces, digital forensic reviews, as well as anti-bribery and corruption risk analysis and compliance advisory support. He has extensive experience advising clients to understand their exposure to sanctioned entities and persons.
Naomi specialises in providing risk management and dispute resolution advice to clients across the construction and engineering industries.
Ian prevents and resolves disputes involving a property element , providing commercially-appropriate and pragmatic solutions through advice, negotiation and various forms of alternative dispute resolution. Where litigation is necessary, Ian acts for clients at all levels of Courts and Tribunals, including the UK Supreme Court.
Ian is an investment funds expert. He advises fund managers on the structuring and establishing of investment funds in a range of sectors with a particular focus on private equity, real estate, debt and infrastructure. Ian also has a substantial practice advising institutional investors on their strategic and cornerstone investments into funds across a spread of asset classes.
