Glen has a range of experience in litigation, arbitration and mediation within the construction and engineering industry.
Glen is also involved in providing on-going strategic advice to clients during the life of a project. Glen has been involved in bringing and defending claims relating to validity of variation orders, extensions of time, additional costs claims, defective works, and misleading and deceptive conduct on a range of projects from steel walking beams furnaces to petrochemical plants. In these matters he has acted for a large number of international contractors and sub-contractors. He also has experience with a large range of the standard forms of civil engineering contracts used in Asia-Pacific region.
