Our largest tech-led client collaboration to date. We acted for a UK financial institution to transition a customer portfolio with a substantial value away from LIBOR. The overall solution provided for automatic data sharing (including management information) between Pinsent Masons and the client, with custom built software enhancing the due diligence process. Both data captured during due diligence and data submitted by the client was used to generate amendment agreements and conditions precedent for over 700 lending agreements.
