Martin is finance lawyer advising on a range of cross-border transactions in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. His experience includes acquisition finance, syndicated loans, project finance, climate and other sustainability-linked financing, restructuring, securitisations, debt capital markets, management buy-outs and structured finance.
Colin leads the firm’s Regulatory, Insurance & Funds team; he advises corporates and a broad range of financial services businesses on insurance and reinsurance issues, remediation/compensation schemes, contentious regulatory challenges and structuring insurance arrangements in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
Yvonne leads the Financial services technology practice. She specialises in advising on non-contentious technology matters, including outsourcing, systems development and integration, e-commerce and IT procurement.

David’s clients include high-profile asset managers, pension schemes, institutional investors and large sovereign wealth funds.
