Phoebe has extensive experience acting for insolvency practitioners throughout the lifecycle of their appointments, including advising on PPSA issues, employee and creditor claims, deeds of company arrangement, public examinations, urgent injunctive court applications and recovery actions. She regularly collaborates with litigation funders to achieve practical and cost-effective outcomes in complex matters.
Phoebe also advises secured creditors and corporate clients on complex secured debt enforcement and restructuring strategies. Her practice covers PPSA compliance and disputes, priority issues, managing cross-border enforcement challenges and guiding clients through insolvency processes and informal workouts to maximise recoveries and preserve enterprise value. Her work often involves developing practical solutions for high-value debt claims in multi-jurisdictional contexts.
Recognised by Best Lawyers Australia for Restructuring and Insolvency (2024 and 2025 edition), Phoebe is a professional member of ARITA and holds specialist tertiary accreditation in insolvency.
