Global Gateway

A focused solution for international fund marketing and registration

Why Global Gateway?

Pinsent Masons Global Gateway is a dedicated and specialised fund registration and marketing service within Pinsent Masons.

Global Gateway provides support and assistance to promoters, asset managers and management companies in connection with the global registration and distribution of investment funds in EEA and non-EEA countries. We are uniquely positioned to provide you with a comprehensive approach to market planning and the implementation of your multi-market distribution strategies.

Global Gateway offers practical advice covering the full lifecycle of distribution across jurisdictions, from initial structuring and “pre-pre-marketing”, considering activities that may be in or out of scope of regulation and covering all necessary matters to mitigate regulatory risk at the point of market exit.

A sound fund distribution strategy is critical to a manager’s success, yet the geographic nuances are often overlooked or considered at a later stage.

Finally, where applicable, Global Gateway works with Pinsent Masons’ leading Sustainability Advisory practice to ensure that local ESG disclosure and reporting requirements can be met.
