Rachel’s corporate healthcare expertise will help us to take advantage of domestic investment and M&A opportunities as well as further strengthening our offering across Europe.

Head of Office in Birmingham and higher education specialist, Gayle Ditchburn, added: “We are delighted to welcome Rachel into the partnership in Birmingham. Our higher education clients are wrestling with increasing financial pressures and regulatory intervention. Rachel said of her appointment, “I’m delighted to be joining a firm of Pinsent Mason’s stature. With both the healthcare and higher education sectors going through radical change and facing heavy scrutiny from regulators, I’m excited to help our clients overcome these challenges.”
