This interactive online workshop explores the use of the term “reasonable” in employment law and the relevant factors to consider in each case.
It is not possible to cover every eventuality in an HR policy and a rigid, “policy driven” approach to a case may result in unfairness. This workshop builds participants confidence in exercising their judgement and coaching managers on the factors that should be considered when deciding what amounts to a reasonable decision.
