Trish is an experienced employment lawyer and trained facilitator who helps organisations build confidence, capability and consistency in managing workplace issues. She designs and delivers engaging training on complex employment law topics, translating legal principles into practical guidance that managers and HR teams can apply with confidence.
She has led large-scale training programmes covering issues including performance management, absence, equality and workplace conduct, helping organisations address challenges fairly, lawfully and proactively.
Known for her collaborative and approachable style, Trish creates inclusive learning environments that encourage discussion, reflection and the practical application of learning. Her highly interactive sessions use case studies, polling and real-world scenarios to bring concepts to life.

Senior Counsel
Marcus specialises in capital markets and banking transactions, advising issuers, borrowers and credit providers on public debt capital markets issuances, private placement note issues, loan financings and/or securitisation transactions (including static/revolving portfolio and future flow transactions, and whole business financings) across a variety of sectors including the infrastructure sector.
Managing Senior Associate
Matthew is focused on the Irish and UK energy sectors with experience across multiple technologies including renewables, conventional power, gas networks, storage and ancillary services. Matthew advises on regulatory matters, commercial contracts (including power purchase agreements), corporate transactions and financings.

Michael advises clients on medium and large-scale infrastructure, construction and engineering disputes at each stage of the dispute lifecycle, including mediation, court-based litigation and arbitration.
