He brings extensive experience in designing and implementing large scale people management initiatives in a variety of global organizations. Ben has researched Diversity for his Ph.D. at ESADE Busines School (Spain), published various papers on the topic and is regularly invited to D&I experts’ panels.
Sara is an award winning executive coach, coach supervisor, consultant and leadership facilitator. Her expertise is in developing people, leading diverse teams and working at board level with listed FTSE 350 and Fortune companies; driving revenues, business change and growth through client advocacy, diversity and inclusion and aligning the people and talent strategy with the business strategy.
Annabel is highly experienced in conducting qualitative and quantitative research in the field of Diversity & Inclusion, having carried out research projects using focus group and interview methodology for Brook Graham clients as a prerequisite to the development of effective D&I strategies. She runs global and national D&I surveys for Brook Graham.

She has 30 years’ experience working with both the Private and Public sectors, in People and Operational Management, and Organisational Change. She gained substantial International Diversity experience within a leading FTSE100 bank, designing and embedding the Diversity strategy across the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Denise is an organization development expert specializing in transformational change and inclusion. She has led numerous culture change projects across various sectors and industries; and served as both an internal and external resource in pursuit of organizational effectiveness. Denise divides her time between the US and Singapore, and is positioned to work internationally across the APAC region, North America, and beyond.
Selwyn specialised in employment law and practised as a solicitor for 16 years. The success of this team led to his promotion to Partner at Pinsent Masons LLP. After six years in this role, Selwyn became a non-practising solicitor so that he can focus exclusively on training and consultancy services. As a consultant Selwyn works with (senior) managers, HR professionals and in-house lawyers.
Anna is a highly effective, post-graduate qualified coach and facilitator who works predominantly with leaders and managers in both the private and public sectors. She has over 20 years’ experience working for large corporates. Anna brings with her strong HR and commercial experience, and is specialised in training and coaching in ‘mental toughness’ and ‘resilience’.

As an external D&I expert, Petunia provides advice and consultancy to Brook Graham clients on a range of D&I themes and challenges to promote strategic and coherent approaches and sustainable outcomes. Petunia facilitates unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, cultural competency workshops as well as women’s career development programmes, and is the lead expert on reverse and reciprocal/mutual mentoring.
Ram has over 25 years’ experience in market research and has conducted quantitative and qualitative projects, globally as well as locally, across multiple stakeholders. He was an early pioneer of online methodologies in the healthcare sector and he remains committed to exploring emerging technologies and exploiting them if they can enhance research methodologies.
Estelle has extensive experience as a senior Human Resource leader, specialising in Learning & Development as well as having a focal area around Change & Diversity within the corporate landscape. With experience internationally across countries such as South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, she has a reputation for developing and implementing Learning, Diversity and Inclusion strategies that deliver results in a complex environment.
