Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has hired litigation lawyer Lisa Carty as a partner to lead its Litigation Regulatory and Tax offering in Dublin, expanding its dispute resolutions capabilities with a financial services specialism.
Lisa Carty has over 20 years’ experience advising on a wide range of commercial cases, including contractual disputes, investment disputes, professional negligence and judicial reviews against public bodies. Furthermore, she regularly advises on regulatory matters and has a particular focus on the financial services sector, advising financial institutions and individuals subject to Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) investigations. She is a former Chair of the Litigation Committee of the Law Society of Ireland. Lisa joins from William Fry where she had been a partner since 2011.
