Lead Practice Development Lawyer
Lucy has taken on the role of a Professional Support Lawyer after a long and varied career in the commercial property sector.
During this time, she advised on all aspects of property management, as well as a range of acquisitions and sales including those using tax driven structures. Dealt with the land aspects of a number of energy projects including windfarms. Supported corporate deals including those relating to the acquisition or disposal of renewable energy companies. Was involved in PFI deals particularly those with an energy element. Assisted charity clients with their property needs.
