She leads the due diligence process, assists clients in preparation of bid documents, drafts and negotiates project documents (concession documents and the subcontracts) and financing documents and works with different teams to ensure that the conditions precedent to closing are achieved in a timely manner.
Ma Ry acts on behalf of financial institutions, government bodies, sponsors and borrowers in transactions relating to power projects (including renewable), mining projects, PPP projects, infrastructure projects, health services projects, project financings, acquisition financings, corporate lending (including asset-based and cash-flow lending).
