Justine is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of the Firm's programme of strategic growth and governance.
She has led the successful delivery and integration of a dozen new Pinsent Masons office openings in eight new legal jurisdictions in the last decade, alongside a number of bolt-on acquisitions and has also developed the firm's global network of law firm relationships.
