Managing Senior Practice Development Lawyer
Gill is in our IP Group, specialising in all aspects of the protection and enforcement of brands and creative rights.
Gill studied law at Oxford University and subsequently gained significant experience of proceedings in the High Court, Court of Appeal and European Court of Justice as a practising IP litigator, with a particular focus on trade marks and other ‘soft’ IP. In her current professional support role, Gill has responsibility for a wide range of practice development activities in the brand protection space. She leads the team's profile raising activities, including authoring thought leadership articles and contributing content and comment for external publications and client bulletins. Gill is responsible for the generation, collection and maintenance of knowhow, keeps the team up to date on important legal developments, and designs and delivers training both internally and to clients. She also leads on a number of knowledge based initiatives with a view to enhancing the quality and efficiency of our brand protection services for our clients.

Luke Scanlon advises some of the world's leading technology companies, banks and fintech businesses on a range of fintech and legal technology related issues and had been recognised by Legal500 and ranked as a leading fintech lawyer by Chambers. Luke is the Head of Fintech propositions and a Legal Director for Pinsent Masons.
Senior Associate
Lydia advises clients on complex construction and infrastructure disputes through all stages of disputes, with particular focus on arbitration and tiered dispute resolution mechanisms. Her work involves major project disputes, detailed contractual, and statutory analysis across rail, road, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including major PPP projects.
Managing Senior Associate
She is experienced in litigation and large-scale arbitration, both domestic and international, concerning complex issues of delay, disruption, variations and contract termination. Lauren also acts for clients during the project delivery phase. Recent projects Lauren has been involved in include windfarms, roads, pipelines and commercial developments.
