Scott is a Senior Associate in the commercial team specialising in strategic partnerships, brand licensing and franchising.
Scott also advises businesses in relation to the negotiation and implementation of a broad range of other commercial agreements including major sourcing and strategic projects; commercial rights protection, exploitation and management; advertising law (CAP Code compliance) and prize draws and competitions.
Scott is commercially focused having gained invaluable in-house experience on secondments to both a leading global healthcare provider and a FTSE listed plc specialising in retirement products and services, working closely with key stakeholders within the business to help provide solutions to a wide range of legal and commercial issues.
