- Advertising Codes: We regularly advise on the CAP and BCAP Codes and assist with Clearcast and Radiocentre clearance. We help clients obtain ‘Copy Advice’ pre-clearance and should a problem arise, we engage with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to help resolve any complaints.
- Comparative Advertising: Whether intentional or otherwise, advertising claims often make comparisons to competitors in the market. We ensure that trade marks are used lawfully and all claims satisfy the requirements of the relevant consumer and business protection regulations.
