Phoebe Martin is a Special Counsel specialising in secured debt enforcement, restructuring, and insolvency law.

She advises insolvency practitioners, private lenders, corporate clients, and creditors on complex financial distress matters, delivering commercially focused solutions.

Phoebe has extensive experience acting for insolvency practitioners throughout the lifecycle of their appointments, including advising on PPSA issues, employee and creditor claims, deeds of company arrangement, public examinations, urgent injunctive court applications and recovery actions. She regularly collaborates with litigation funders to achieve practical and cost-effective outcomes in complex matters.

Phoebe also advises secured creditors and corporate clients on complex secured debt enforcement and restructuring strategies. Her practice covers PPSA compliance and disputes, priority issues, managing cross-border enforcement challenges and guiding clients through insolvency processes and informal workouts to maximise recoveries and preserve enterprise value.
