Advised a manufacturer of slot machines on the implementation of a worldwide project conceived by a world leading cruise operator and under which the cruise operator would provide guests with access to online and mobile gambling services while on board. We advised the cruise operators on the regulatory requirements in a number of jurisdictions in terms of advertising, licensing and operation of the gambling activities.
