    Advised Commercial Estates Group (CEG) on devising and implementing a strategy to mitigate rights of light claims by numerous adjoining landowners to a substantial redevelopment of a key city centre development.

  • Herefordshire Council

    Advised Herefordshire Council on a major regeneration and link road CPO involving delivery of a major mixed use shopping centre and residential scheme to develop 2,500 homes and a new link road through part of Hereford to enable the development.

  • Guildford Borough Council

    Advising Guildford Borough Council on the Weyside Urban Village project which is a significant regeneration project which will deliver 1,500 homes, a new sewage treatment facility, new waste transfer facility, commercial depot, commercial/industrial units, infrastructure and upgraded public realm.

    Advising Bristol City Council on the £50 million Hengrove Park housing development project. The project is a major strategic housing site to the south of Bristol city centre and our client wishes to bring forward the site for mixed tenure housing development for up to 1200 units.

  • Forth Ports Limited

    Advising Forth Ports and Rettie on the Western Harbour development, a massive and long-running mixed-use regeneration project in Edinburgh. This is a large and strategically important mixed use development in Edinburgh. It is a key component of the overall development strategy for the City of Edinburgh, on one of the largest brownfield regeneration sites in the City.
