    Advising Transport for London on its successful application for, and implementation of, a development consent order (DCO) for the Silvertown Tunnel scheme.

  • Southern Water Services Limited

    Advised Southern Water, a statutory undertaker, on a wide range of public law and planning matters for their proposed development of major new water supply infrastructure in Hampshire in order to meet a projected water supply deficit. This includes advising on their legal obligations under an agreement entered into with the Environment Agency under s.20 of the Water Resources Act 1991, and the implications of this for Southern Water and its proposals to develop new water supply infrastructure.

    Advised Flogas in relation to its multi-million-pound project to convert an LNG facility at Avonmouth into an LPG storage terminal with room to store 34,564 tonnes of LPG, including the construction of an LPG pipeline to Bristol Port and new Port facilities.

    Advised a demolition and a property investment business on a £37m breach of fiduciary duty claim being brought against its current and former directors arising out of a management buy-out in 2018.

    Advising a Philippine infrastructure developer on EPC contracts for a toll-bridge expressway (Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Project), including preparation of tenders and ECI documents and negotiations with two preferred consortia, Philippines.

  • Central Bedfordshire Council

    Advising Central Bedfordshire Council on the delivery of infrastructure to open up delivery of the Biggleswade Garden Village. This includes working with the Council on its HIF agreement with Homes England, in conjunction with Network Rail to improve travel links to the garden village.

  • City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council

    Advising Bradford Council on the set up and operation of two new levelling up funds to be spent on capital projects designed to improve connectivity, improve local land use, make the best use of economic and cultural assets and improve local skills and enterprise infrastructure.

  • North Essex Garden Communities

    Advised North Essex Garden Communities on the structural, finance, governance and regulatory aspects of the business case for the three sites around Braintree, Colchester and Tendring delivering up to 43,000 new homes along the North Essex A120 corridor with significant employment opportunities and transformational new infrastructure over the next 50 years. This has involved developing the business case for approval by government and soft market testing the proposed delivery and finance structure with institutional investors.

  • Ebbsfleet Development Corporation

    Advised Ebbsfleet Development Corporation on its strategy for delivering sustainable waste water services at Ebbsfleet Garden City, which included close working with Ofwat and other key stakeholders.

  • IAMP LLP

    Advising IAMP LLP, a joint venture between South Tyneside Council and Sunderland City Council, on the delivery of the biggest development in North East England, the International Advanced Manufacturing Park (IAMP).
