Employment Plus: Pinsent Masons launches enhanced employment law training and consultancy offering
20 May 2026 | 10:34 am | 1 min. read
Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has today announced that the firm is integrating its Employment Law Plus and Brook Graham offerings to create a comprehensive ‘one-stop shop’ for clients’ employment law training and consultancy needs.
The new offering will encompass equality law, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, adjacent services such as mediation and investigations, and employment law training.
Employment Plus will compliment Pinsent Mason’s Employment & Incentives offering, ensuring a holistic service that combines legal expertise with high-quality consultancy and training, delivered by specialist employment law trainers.
The new service reflects the increasing number and variety of employment-related legal and cultural considerations that organisations have to consider. For example, the implications of requiring staff to increase their office attendance, the need to create inclusive environments where each team member feels empowered and having to ensure teams are performing to their full potential, given the difficult economic backdrop.
Among the many challenges facing employers, the implementation of the Employment Rights Act throughout 2026 and 2027 has created numerous legal, commercial and cultural considerations where employers need to take swift action. Employment Plus will highlight what provisions are coming into force next, their practical impacts, and the resulting actions for employers.
Kate Dodd, partner and head of Employment Plus, commented, “Pinsent Masons is constantly reviewing its offering to go beyond traditional legal advice and discover new ways of enhancing our client offering. Employment Plus is a unique proposition; the complete HR consultancy, grounded in law. We’re combining legal expertise with cultural best-practice advice to help our clients minimise legal risk and create high-performing teams.”
The launch of Employment Plus reflects Pinsent Masons’ continued investment in its global Employment & Incentives practice. Earlier this year, the firm bolstered its London team with the hire of share plan and incentives partner Ian Shaw from Korn Ferry.
