The legal due diligence was conducted by Partner Piotr Staniszewski, Senior Associate Kamil Igielski and Associate Kamil Gapski from the Real Estate team.
The Bridge, located at the intersection of Towarowa and Grzybowska streets in Warsaw, has been developed adjacent to the historic former headquarters of Bellona Publishing House, dating back to 1958. The complex offers more than 55,000 sq m of A-Class office space, as well as an observation terrace on the 40th floor, reserved exclusively for tenants. As the first office development in Central and Eastern Europe, The Bridge has achieved both SmartScore and WiredScore certifications at the highest Platinum level.
