On-demand bonds in construction disputes

In conjunction with this year’s Global Infrastructure Law Review of the Year series and the Paris Arbitration Week, this module will discuss notable developments in relation to on-demand bonds in construction disputes. The discussion will focus on whether unconditional bonds perform as intended and whether calls on performance bonds can be stopped. In addition to this, our specialist speakers will also consider efficiency of emergency measures and the recent case law surrounding this topic.
