Alexandra is a senior commercial lawyer leading our Commercial Law practice for the Middle East helping clients achieve their objectives in strategic business contracts
Alexandra is in our Corporate and Commercial team based in Pinsent Masons' Dubai Office. Alongside Mohammad Tbaishat, Alexandra leads our Commercial practice for the Middle East.
In doing so, she has seen the practice go from strength to strength and has been responsible for developing a solid bench of clients across various industries. She has extensive experience advising clients on partnership and collaboration agreements, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, corporate restructuring, logistics, distribution, agency and franchising arrangements and supply of goods and services involving cross-border supply chains.
Alexandra won “Corporate and Commercial Associate of the Year” at the Legal500 ME Legal Awards 2025, she was shortlisted for the Legal500 “Rising Star” award in 2023 and she won the was named “Private Practice Lawyer of the Year” award at the LexisNexis ME Women In Awards 2022.
