Andreas is a specialist lawyer for employment law and advises companies and public employers, particularly in the technology sector and in the defence and international trade sector.
Andreas' advice primarily covers employment law support for clients' transformation projects, which regularly requires negotiations with works councils and/or labour unions. Negotiations with employee representatives regularly focus on digitalisation projects, adjustments to the personnel (cost) structure, working time models and site conversions, including the retraining of personnel. In addition, he advises on labour law compliance, in particular on the use of external personnel, compliance with working time regulations and the implementation of compliance guidelines. He supports internal investigations and works council negotiations on the introduction of guidelines.
