Her experience includes all forms of alternate dispute resolution forums and high court litigation on various aspects including contractual interpretation on breach and liability, delay claims, final account disputes and generally defending claims at contractor or employer level.
Arvitha also assists clients with project management on renewable energy projects at EPC and PPA level which includes formulating contractual notices and effectively managing claims to avoid disputes.
