With experience in Doha, London and Dubai, Aya advises Middle Eastern and international clients operating in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors, and specialises in dispute resolution and international arbitration.
Aya advises clients both during the project cycle, including on contract interpretation, and in any subsequent proceedings. She has acted for joint ventures, main contractors and subcontractors, and is fluent in Arabic.
Aya has successfully represented clients in complex and high-value disputes across various jurisdictions and arbitral institutions including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), and Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA).
