Imogen's experience includes advising clients during the project delivery phase of projects includes claims preparation, strategy development, contract administration and dispute avoidance.
Isabelle specializes in non-contentious construction and engineering matters. She advises clients in the infrastructure, energy, and hospitality sectors regularly on the design, construction and operation of international and Hong Kong domestic projects, based on FIDIC and NEC4 standard forms of contract.
Totis advises on both compliance and contentious matters on all aspects of competition and international trade law, public procurement and subsidies, including EU State aid law. He has particular experience in the aerospace/aviation, defence, transport, energy and infrastructure sectors.
