Fiona has been a qualified solicitor, initially as a practicing litigator, advising a wide range of clients throughout the UK, and now as a practice development lawyer.
Before moving into the professional support role Fiona provided a full range of client advisory services, both in relation to arbitrations and court actions and the avoidance thereof.Fiona is currently responsible for the efficient generation, use and maintenance of knowhow and for the development of processes and practices to improve efficiency in service delivery. She keeps the litigation and regulatory team up to date with changes in the law, facilitating training for lawyers and clients and is involved in horizon watching initiatives. Fiona produces legal articles and bulletins on a range of litigious subjects.
