Gabriele Hofmann

Gabriele is a certified lawyer for employment law. She advises companies in all areas of individual and collective labour and bargaining law.
She focuses in particular in the area of international mobility and the associated advice to companies on issues relating to immigration, labour and social security law in connection with the international assignment of personnel. In addition, Gabriele advises employers on all issues relating to the implementation and termination of employment relationships with employees and managing directors as well as on cooperation with works councils. Gabriele also represents national and international clients in labour court proceedings throughout Germany and provides in-house trainings and seminars on various aspects of employment law. In addition, Gabriele publishes contributions in specialist journals on a regular basis.
