Grace's career has been focused on the recruitment and development of Talent in the legal sector. Having established her specialism through year's of managing graduate recruitment and development programs, Grace now leads on our Talent strategy for our freelance offering - supporting qualified Lawyers, Paralegals and other Consultants to join our platform. Her focus is to help the community of consultants meet their career aims and objectives by accessing events, training, thought leadership and engagement with our expert team.
