Where litigation is necessary, Ian acts for clients at all levels of Courts and Tribunals, including the UK Supreme Court.
Ian's dispute resolution practice spans all disputes or potential disputes with a property-related element.
Ian has a particular specialism in advising on the Electronic Communications Code and associated legislation, as well as on development-related disputes, energy and renewables disputes and mines and minerals-related disputes.
Ian is a committee member of the Midlands Property Litigation Association and is a past chair of the Midlands Junior Property Litigation Association. He regularly delivers knowhow updates and is involved in law reform, as well as contributing to articles in relevant industry periodicals.
