James advises on all aspects of share incentives and assists clients in a range of sectors and at different stages of maturity - from start-ups to FTSE100 companies.
James has significant experience advising UK listed companies on the adoption of new share plans and the associated regulatory requirements, the UK Corporate Governance Code and the expectations of UK institutional investors. He also advises early-stage and PE-backed companies on implementing tax-efficient EMI option and growth share arrangements.
