He has experience in advising national and international clients in corporate and M&A matters, specially focused on the renewable energy sector. He has been involved in a wide range of national and international corporate transactions within the Energy & Infrastructure sectors. He has also experience advising on project financing, restructuring operations, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including power purchase agreements, real estate contracts, as well as general corporate law and day-to-day corporate matters.
Before joining Pinsent Masons Javier worked for different national and international law firms based in Madrid.
