Lara Willems is a specialist lawyer in employment law and advises national and international companies on all aspects of German employment law. She specialises in national and cross-border restructuring and projects, as well as representing clients before German employment tribunals.
Lara advises German and international companies, with a particular focus on the technology sector, on all aspects of individual and collective labour law. She has experience in matters relating to the co-operation with works councils as well as the planning and implementation of restructuring measures.
Furthermore, she advises employers on know-how protection in case of leaving employees. Lara also represents clients in front of labour courts across Germany and provides in-house training and publishes articles on a regular basis and gives lectures on a range of HR and employment law issues.
Senior Counsel
Marcus specialises in capital markets and banking transactions, advising issuers, borrowers and credit providers on public debt capital markets issuances, private placement note issues, loan financings and/or securitisation transactions (including static/revolving portfolio and future flow transactions, and whole business financings) across a variety of sectors including the infrastructure sector.
Managing Senior Associate
Matthew is focused on the Irish and UK energy sectors with experience across multiple technologies including renewables, conventional power, gas networks, storage and ancillary services. Matthew advises on regulatory matters, commercial contracts (including power purchase agreements), corporate transactions and financings.

Michael advises clients on medium and large-scale infrastructure, construction and engineering disputes at each stage of the dispute lifecycle, including mediation, court-based litigation and arbitration.
Partner, Global Head of Employment & Incentives
Manny heads Pinsent Masons' global employment law practice. He advises on all aspects of individual and collective labour law and supports on social security, data protection and mobility matters as well as on cross-border restructuring projects. He advises on cooperation with works councils and trade unions as well as in the area of public labour law.
