This started as a rent review arbitration where we were successful in increasing the passing rent from £130,000 per annum to £403,000 per annum and then we embarked on a further claim for an injunction to enforce the alterations covenant in the Lease. This claim was settled at a mediation where terms were agreed to vary the terms of the lease as well as a further increase in the passing rent to £700,000 per annum.
