Mayumi's practice has an international outlook and she regularly works on cross-border matters. She is also familiar with equity capital markets, allowing her to provide strategic advice to businesses.
Mayumi also provides employment law advice to clients, and she has experience advising on the whole life cycle of an employment relationship, from hiring, managing the employment, to termination and retrenchment exercises.
