Michael has assisted clients with matters in the Supreme Courts of Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, as well as the District Court of New South Wales, the Federal Court and in arbitration. He has acted for clients in disputes including rail infrastructure, health infrastructure, multi-storey residential apartment builds and the delivery of design and construction contracts on various projects. Michael advises clients on obligations imposed by statutory warranties, liability for building works, and breach of contract in construction and commercial disputes.
Senior Associate
Lydia advises clients on complex construction and infrastructure disputes through all stages of disputes, with particular focus on arbitration and tiered dispute resolution mechanisms. Her work involves major project disputes, detailed contractual, and statutory analysis across rail, road, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including major PPP projects.
Managing Senior Associate
She is experienced in litigation and large-scale arbitration, both domestic and international, concerning complex issues of delay, disruption, variations and contract termination. Lauren also acts for clients during the project delivery phase. Recent projects Lauren has been involved in include windfarms, roads, pipelines and commercial developments.
