Natalie Walker
Senior Associate
Natalie is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Regulatory team in Pinsent Masons LLP and is involved in a broad variety of general commercial litigation and regulatory law.
Natalie is based in our Aberdeen office in the litigation and regulatory team. She has experience in dealing with a variety of different types of commercial litigation including debt recovery, personal injury, contractual disputes, insolvency and property disputes. She also advises clients on a regular basis on their health and safety obligations and in relation to the defence of any enforcement action taken by the HSE.
She underwent a secondment at an oil and gas operator in 2014 working in their health and safety department where she gained invaluable practical experience of working in an oil and gas company. Natalie represents clients in court and at Licensing Committee meetings on a regular basis. She is involved in training clients on a regular basis on their regulatory obligations.
