Nicola is a member of our TMT team and is an information law specialist. She advises domestic and international clients on data protection, ePrivacy, technology and commercial contracts.
Nicola is qualified in Ireland, England and Wales and is particularly focused on technology and financial services sectors. She advises on dealing with regulators and on data protection and privacy matters relating to innovative and evolving technologies. Nicola has carried out extensive data protection audit and remediation projects for international clients across a number of jurisdictions, provided data protection training and workshops for clients, and acted as a specialist advisor on corporate transactions.
Outside of data protection, she has significant experience in outsourcing and commercial contracts.
