Senior Associate
Nour is an Associate in Commercial Dispute Resolution team, where she specialises in local and international litigation and arbitration. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Arabic, and has an advanced working capability in French. With a robust background advising both local and international corporations, Nour specialises in navigating complex commercial disputes across various legal domains, including construction, insurance, banking and finance, franchise disputes.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Nour honed her experience at esteemed international law firms and a Magic Circle law firm in Dubai. With over six years of experience in the UAE, Nour has garnered extensive experience representing clients before the DIFC and ADGM Courts, as well as before the onshore UAE Courts. Nour has also represented clients in international arbitration proceedings under various rules, including the DIFC-LCIA, DIAC, SCMA and ICC.
Nour holds a dual English and French law degree (LLB) from the University of Kent, as well as an LLM from Cornell Law School. As a qualified New York State lawyer, Nour brings a global perspective to her clients, ensuring comprehensive and effective legal advice to clients operating in diverse jurisdictions.
Nour is also an active member of Pinsent Masons’ Middle East Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Managing Senior Associate
Mariana provides specialist legal advice to national and international companies in the energy sector on M&A transactions, investment and divestment agreements, as well as partnership agreements. She also advises on contractual and corporate matters and has been involved in the drafting and negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and co-development agreements for energy projects.

Meghan supports clients in dispute avoidance and risk management especially in relation to construction and engineering disputes in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
