Acting for an Asian contractor in LCIA arbitration and related DAB proceedings against its developer arising from disputes on a hydropower dam project in Africa .

Acting for a Chinese state-owned contractor in an emergency arbitration arising from a dispute with a Roads Authority in relation to the design and construction contract for a road project in Ethiopia. We successfully obtained a favourable award from an emergency arbitrator.
