Dr. Sandra Gröschel

Sandra is an Associate specialising in Dispute Resolution.
She advises and represents her clients' interests in both state court proceedings as well as national and international arbitration proceedings. Her expertise ranges from preparatory advice and the initiation of proceedings to questions of litigation tactics. She focuses in particular on advising on M&A transactions, post-closing litigation as well as injunction proceedings.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Sandra worked several years for an international law firm in Munich in the areas of corporate law and litigation and during a secondment for an international private equity fund in London. Sandra studied law at the University of Jena and holds a doctorate in private international law. She is admitted to practice in Germany since 2017 and is a member of DIS40.
