Sheena is a Senior Associate specialising; in advising on transactional construction aspects of a wide variety of engineering and building/infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally.
This involves working directly on both standard form contracting suites and bespoke contractual arrangements. Sheena's experience spans a wide range of markets from energy (nuclear, conventional and renewable) to commercial/social infrastructure (advanced manufacturing facilities, office, retail, school and care home) projects.Sheena's most recent experience centres on advising developers on major conventional power and biomass projects but she also advises funders and main contractor clients. Sheena has strong, industry-based, commercial understanding having spent 7 months on secondment to a leading UK Main Contractor.
